Looking at returning/exchanging your product? It’s simple. You have to raise a return request within 5 days of delivery of the product.

- Return Period: You can return items within 5 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: Accessories, bags, blouses, footwear, sarees with stitched blouses, customized, and personalized products.
- Specific Return Terms: Refer to the product page for specific return terms for other items.
- Product Condition: Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Petticoat charges are non-refundable.
- Return Conditions: Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the online description.
- Approval: All returns are subject to approval.
How can I raise a return request?
Please reach out to [email protected] within 5 days of order delivery. Our customer support team will get back to you within 48 hours of receiving the request.
Who Pays the Shipping charges for returned products?
We offer a pick-up facility for locations which are serviceable by our logistics partners. Our logistics partner will pick up the return package in 2 – 5 business days from the date the request was placed.
If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the products to us by any reliable courier service after raising a return request. Please pack the products and ensure that it is unused and unwashed and all the tags are intact. The return courier charges will be reimbursed by us.
How much time does it take to get my refund?
The refund will be initiated within 48 hours of approval from the returns team. The refund takes between 3 to 5 working days to reflect in your account.
Can I return some products from a bundle offer (Buy 2 and Get 1 Free, Buy 3 and Get 50% OFF etc.) and still remain eligible for the offer?
No, if you decide to return only a portion of the products included in a bundle offer, the offer for the bundle discount ( Buy 2 and Get 1 Free, Buy 3 and Get 50% OFF etc.) may no longer be valid.
Can I get an exchange for the products purchased on Sale/Offer?
Yes, Products purchased during sale/offer will be eligible for an exchange.
