How can I raise a return request?
- Please fill out our Return/Exchange form within 5 days of order delivery. Once you submit the form, our customer support team will review your request and share an update with you via email within 2 working days.
- If you have received a damaged, defective product or the wrong item, please mail us please fill out our Return/Exchange form with a couple of pictures of the material with a complete unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
Return/Exchange Eligibility

No Questions Asked: If you don’t like the product, you may return/exchange it (except non-returnable items below).

Shipping Fee: Shipping fees are non-refundable. The standard shipping fee is ₹250 per item.

Exchange Handling Fee: For exchange, a handling fee of ₹250 per item will apply.
The exchange process will be initiated once the handling fee has been received.

Complete unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, defective products or the wrong item, return request. The video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show the issue. Without an unboxing video, no return or exchange will be accepted.

Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all tags/labels intact.

Free Pickup: We provide a free return pickup service only if the item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description shown online. For all other return reasons, customers have to pay a shipping fee.

Re Shipping Fee: If we receive a returned or exchanged product that is used, washed, damaged, defective due to misuse, or not the correct item originally sent by us, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges to have the parcel sent back to them. Re Shipping Fee is ₹150 per item.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the form of coupon code only. Once the returned/exchange product passes our quality check, we’ll issue you a coupon code for the remaining amount (after deducting the Shipping fee). You can use this coupon for any future purchase — there’s no time limit or additional conditions.

Approval: All returns are subject to approval.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

For prepaid orders, refunds may take 3-5 working days to reflect in your account from the cancellation date. Payment Processing fee 2.5% deduct and rest of amount will be credited in your account.
